So! Hier ist eure Swede. Nun ist Schluss mit dem Sittentum und dem Touristsein. Jetzt wollen wir Spaß haben. Mneka wollte auch Spaß haben. Dusk auch. Papa wusste das natürlich und war gut vorbereitet; er hatte jede Menge Schwimmtiere dabei, und obendrein hat er uns die beste Stelle am Strand herausgesucht. Hier würde es etwas werden mit den Schwimmtieren, hat er gesagt, und übergab uns die platten Tiere. Aufpusten mussten wir sie natürlich wieder selbst, denn wer auf dem großen Wasser reiten will, der ist auch groß genug zum Aufpusten der Schwimmtiere – das waren Paps‘ Worte, nicht meine.
Aber die Überraschung kam erst noch! Stellt euch vor: Paps hatte für uns alle einen Schwan besorgt, damit wir sicherer auf dem Wasser treiben konnten. Sogar ein schwarzer Schwan war dabei. Whoa, so geil!

That's enough! Here is your Swede. Enough of customs and being a well behaved tourist. Now it's time for all the fun. Mneka also wanted to have fun. Dusk as well. Dad knew that and was well prepared; he had a lot of floaties with him and on top of that he picked out the bestest spot on the beach. This will be the purrfect place for some surfing, he said, and handed us the flattened floating animals. Of course we had to inflate them ourselves, because if you want to ride the big waves, you are big enough to inflate the floaters - those were Dad's words, not mine.
But the surprise was yet to come! Guess what, Dad had gotten a swan for all of us to have us floating more safely. There was even a black swan. Whoa, so damn cool!
