Hallo, hier ist eure bezaubernde Swede, und ich muss euch was erzählen: Weil heute Samstag ist, wollte ich zum Brötchenverkäufer laufen, um Brötchen zu kaufen für unser langes Im-Bett-Frühstück. Aber das Vorhaben musste ich sofort verwerfen, denn ich kam nicht einmal zur Tür hinaus. In der Nacht hat es nämlich geschneit, und zwar suuuuper heftig, so heftig, dass sich der Schnee 30cm auftürmte. Wer sich nicht erdenken kann, wie viel das ist, der stellt sich zwei Swedes übereinander vor und noch eine halbe dazu. So viel Schnee war das.
So war ans Brötchenholen nicht zu denken, und niemand wollte mehr daran denken, weil wir nur noch daran dachten, wie es wäre, im Schnee zu toben. Und weil’s Toben nur auszudenken kaum Freude verhieß, tobten wir tatsächlich im Schnee herum. Drum möchte ich hier und jetzt ein Zwei-Tages-Schnee-Special beginnen. Denn wann hat man mal so viel Schnee zum Spielen? Wheee!

Hello, here is your lovely Swede, and I have to tell you something: Because it's Saturday, I wanted to go to the bread seller buying bread for our long in-bed-breakfast. But I had to abandon the plan immediately 'cause I couldn't even get out the door. It snowed during the night suuuuuper heavy, so heavy that the snow piled up 12inches. If you can't imagine how much snow this is, imagine two Swedes one on top of the other plus another half of a Swede on top of both of the other two Swedes. It was sooo much snow.
Buying bread was out of the question, and nobody wanted to think eating anymore, because we only thought about what it would be like to romp around in the snow. Since thinking about romping around only would hardly promise any joy, we actually romped around in the snow for the real fun. So I want to start a two-day snow special now. Because when do you have so much snow to play with? Wheee!
