Hier ist eure gestresste Swede, und ich bin gerade in höchstlichen Backanstrengungen verfangen. Meine Aufgabe ist es, die heutige Donut-Backerei zu überwachen und zu qualitätsprüfen. Das Problem: Ich habe nirgendwo Qualität gefunden. Zucker war da, keine Frage. Auch Mehl und Eier und Schokolade. Aber Qualität? Ich hoffe, ihr schmeckt sie heraus, diese Qualität, auch wenn ich nicht weiß, was das ist. Denn ich überwachte die Teigdicke, die Ölkerntemperatur, das Schokoladenvolumen, die Streuseldichte, das Abtropfverhalten und die Aushärtungsperformanz. Und alles nur, damit es euch schmeckt.

Here's your stressed Swede, and I'm caught up in peak baking efforts right now. My job is to monitor and quality check today's donut bakery. The problem is: I couldn't find quality anywhere. Sugar was there, no question. Also flour and eggs and chocolate. But quality? I hope you can taste it, this quality, even if I don't know what it might look like. Because I monitored the dough thickness, the oil core temperature, the chocolate volume, the crumble density, the draining behavior and the hardening performance. Hope, you'll lik'em.
