Hallo, hier ist eure Swede. Und ich berichte euch heute live aus den Pilzen. Denn wer Pilze sammeln, essen und überleben will, braucht jede Menge Erfahrung. Nicht jeder Pilz ist verträglich, und nicht jeder Pilz ist lecker. Leider konnte ich bisher nur zwei Arten Pilze entdecken.
Da wäre zum einen der »braune Riesenschirmling«, gut zu erkennen an seinem Stiel und der pilzförmigen Haube. Seht ihr? Er sieht aus, wie ein Pilz und er schmeckt auch so. Genau. Wenn ihr Glück habt, dann findet ihr einen auch in eurer Größe.
Der zweite Pilz – ganz unzweifelhaft – ist ein »eurasischer Punkthelm«, umgangssprachlich auch »kleiner Fiesling« genannt, aufgrund seiner verdauungsfördernden Spezifik. Er sollte nicht zu Festtagsgerichten verzehrt werden, denn sonst wäre die ganze Kocherei umsonst.
