I realize that it is still Saturday. And there is the moon unclouded. That can only mean one thing: #artphotosaturday.

But I have to admit that the pictures are not quite as artistic as hoped. The only art was to take pictures of the moon with the faint lens, without a tripod and a stupid lantern in the field of view.

But here they are now - Niara and Juba and Swede and Mneka cuddle up to the romantic moon. Not long and it's honeymoon.

Was soll ich sagen – die Kleinen wollten unbedingt vor die Tür, Saukälte zum Trotz. Ja die Sonne schien wunderbar, aber niemand konnte sich erklären, wie Sonne scheinen, aber die Welt trotzdem derart kalt sein konnte. 🇩🇪 Soll ich euch sagen, was das Beste am Winter ist? Das Nachhausekommen. Nach der ganzen Kälte draußen kommt einem die Wärme drinnen tausendmal wohliger vor. Und um das Behagen zur ganzen Größe auszugestalten, bekommen alle Frierenden dann einen Tee oder Kaffee oder – wenn sie besonderes Glück haben – eine heiße Schokolade. Natürlich hat man die heiße Schokolade niemals nur für sich – Higgins ist auch dabei.🇬🇧 Shall I tell you what's best about winter? Coming home. After all the cold outside, the warmth inside feels a thousand times more comfortable. Es war noch früh am Tage – die Blumen schliefen tief und fest, und die ganze Welt blies ihren fröstelnden Atem in die kühle Luft. Da jagte die Sonne hinterm Hain empor und trieb die Dunkelheit davon - sollte sich zum Teufel scheren, und sollte ihre beißende Kälte mit sich nehmen, denn sie hätte die Welt nun lang genug in ihrem unerbittlichen Griff. Hinfort mit dir, Eiseskälte. Und als das geschehen, legte sie, die Sonne, ihre wärmenden Strahlen auf die frierende Welt, küsste jeden Halm und jedes Blatt, auf dass ein jeder wüsste: Sie überdauerten die schreckliche Nacht.Aber solang das Eis noch auf den Wiesen und Feldern lag, stürmten Mneka und Swede, aber auch Makoye und Zhuri und Kavu hinaus, denn sie wollten noch einmal den Zauber sehen, den Mneka und Swede vor wenigen Tagen gewahrten. Was blieb den Eltern also, als selbst hinaus in die Kälte zu treten? So kamen Mara und Talek nach, und auch Niara und ich - da standen wir nun bis zu den Knien im nasskalten Gras und sahen dabei zu, wie immerhin die Kleinsten ihren Spaß daran hatten. Furchtbar und schön zugleich. Furchtbar schön.Ja, Elternsein ist oft nicht leicht.
